THE RED BARN FARM



Located smack dab in the heart of Prince Edward County. 
Or what is affectionately known as "The County". 

This Beautiful circa 1860 Century farmhouse has just had a big make over ! 
While maintaining it's old farm/county appeal, it's new owners have given it fresh life with a modernistic contemporary renovation. Full of character and love Chris & Jennifer have made it a lovely home for themselves and want nothing more than to share it with you.

 Located on prime agricultural land, today the new Red Barn Inn is a 3 acre severed parcel surrounded by working Canola fields. The historically, massive Red Barn remains strong & true to it's Canadiana heritage.  It is the signature land mark of this beautiful property.  Thusly - easy for you to find. 
Located on a truly unique County address @ 228 Swamp College Road in Hillier ON .

Right in the heart of the hottest tourism spot in Canada!  
Over a dozen wineries just steps from our door. The County is the new wine country of Canada.
The legendary Sandbanks Provincial Park is just 20 minutes down the road.
Town of Wellington and the trend setting Drake Devonshire only 3 km's.
 Countless galleries, antique markets, prime biking country roads, and so soo much more - right outside our door!    

THE RUN-DOWN:
We have 3 bedrooms available for rent on a nightly basis in our lovely 3000 sq ft century home. 

Weather you are renting 1 room and sharing the common area's with other guests, or a group of 6-8 renting the entire property, you will find everything you need here to properly experience the county.

 A Master room with a new private ensuite bathroom and 2 other rooms have another new full bath to share. 
Downstairs is where all the common space and the 3rd full shared bathroom are located.

Owners Chris & Jennifer live & service the home - most of the time.  They are busy bodies and love to travel for work & play so when not home, it will just be you in the home sharing with the other guests.  Certain times the entire property is rented. 

Our private loft bedroom is also upstairs with the rest of the bedrooms.  We will be sharing all the common space with you when home. However your level of interaction with us is totally up to you. Your privacy and level of comfort during your stay is of the utmost importance to us. 
We will be about the property doing the chores and are fully available to you upon request. 
We are just a text away if we are not around personally.

MEALS
If we are home, meal plans exist. Originally we thought of marketing ourselves as a B'n'B, but currently our schedules will not always allow us to provide you with breakfast. We also wanted to be able to offer you the most affordable room rate around. So please enquire regarding the extra's and fear not we will have the best of the best as far as fresh produce, gourmet coffee's, tea's and other county fave's for breakfast options for you. Or save your pennies and bring your own and use our full kitchen.


We invite you to visit one of our Air bnb profile's. We have 4 listings on that site - 1 for each bedroom and 1 for the entire home rental.  

We welcome you to book through Airbnb if you feel more comfortable with it's transaction system then by all means.
